Panpet Global Enterprise Limited is a diversified food production company specializing in bread, bottled and sachet water, banana and plantain chips, chin-chin, and other baked goods. With growing operations and an expanding workforce, the company needed a unified digital platform to manage its complex operations efficiently. The system consolidates multiple operational areas into a single, integrated platform, eliminating manual processes, reducing errors, and providing real-time visibility across the organization. The ERP solution includes: • **Staff Management:** Complete employee lifecycle management from onboarding to offboarding, including role-based access control and department management. • **Attendance & Shift Management:** Automated attendance tracking with shift scheduling and real-time timesheet monitoring. • **Inventory & Stock Management:** Real-time tracking of raw materials, finished goods, and supplies with automated reorder alerts and stock valuation. • **Production Management:** Production planning, batch tracking, quality control, and yield optimization. • **Sales & Logistics:** Order management, customer relationship tracking, delivery scheduling, and fleet management. • **Financial & Expense Tracking:** Comprehensive accounting, expense tracking, budgeting, and financial reporting with custom dashboards. **Our Role:** Programmers City Software Hub served as the end‑to‑end software development partner. We architected the system, designed the database schema, developed the frontend and backend, integrated third‑party services, and provided ongoing maintenance and support.
